 Buffalo Meatloaf 

A generous portion of real Buffalo Meatloaf in a traditional gravy and served with garlic mashed potatoes.

 Rio Grande Burrito 

Grilled Chicken, shredded lettuce, tomato, onion, cheddar, salsa and sour cream served with black beans and saffron rice. 

Georgia Peach Barbecue Ribs 

Half rack of hickory smoked in house ribs smothered with our own Georgia Peach Barbecue sauce, served with garlic mashed potatoes. 

Bavarian Smoked Sausage 

Our in house smoked bratwurst sausage, served with beer-braised sauerkraut, russet and sweet potato pancakes with mustard sauce. 

Tuscan Chicken 

A boneless breast of chicken sautéed with onions, peppers, pepperoncinis, mushrooms and artichoke hearts, finished with herbed garlic white wine sauce and served with baked polenta. 

Malt River Primavera 

Chef's choice of grilled vegetables sautéed with olive oil, garlic and finished with a rich white Alfredo sauce tossed with linguini. 

Chef Wagner's Pasta 

Fresh chopped tomatoes with garlic white wine and basil served over linguini.

 

Plan B: $21.95 

Bayou Jambalaya

 Shrimp scallops, chicken and andouille sausage sautéed with peppers, onions, tomatoes and rice finished with a highly seasoned and spicy broth. 

Grilled Pork Loin Chops 

Two center cut loin chops, wood fired and, served with maple apple cider demi-glaze, topped with pickled red onions and, served with garlic mashed potatoes. 

Roasted Trout Provencale

 A roasted filet of trout, sun-dried tomatoes, capers, garlic white and herbs served with saffron rice. 

Malt River New York Strip Steak 

Marinated in our maple porter, grilled to order, toped with caramelized onions, and served with sweet potato fries.

 Georgia Peach Barbecue Ribs 

Full rack of hickory smoked in house ribs smothered with our own Georgia Peach Barbecue sauce, served with garlic mashed potatoes. 

Chicken Orrechiette 

"Little ears" of pasta tossed with grilled chicken and roasted red peppers in a light demi-glaze sauce. 

Frutti De Mare 

"Fruits of the sea" shrimp, scallops and clams sautéed with olive oil, garlic, fresh basil and white wine served over linguini.
